Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the LitePages Shopify App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the application.

2. Use of Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use LitePages to design and compile landing pages and custom layouts for Shopify stores owned and operated by you.

You agree not to use LitePages to create, host, or publish any content that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is harmful or unlawful.

3. Native Code & No Lock-in

LitePages compiles your designs into standard Shopify OS 2.0 Liquid code and assets directly on your store theme. You own the published layouts. If you choose to terminate your usage or uninstall the application, your compiled Liquid files will remain in your theme and function as-is.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LitePages and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to store downtime, loss of sales, or template compilation conflicts.

5. Term and Termination

These terms remain active as long as the application remains installed on your store. You can terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling LitePages from your Shopify Admin panel. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the builder interface if terms are breached.
